*A word about billing addresses and FRAUD.
We have encountered fraudulent use of customers' credit cards. While we would love to think that everyone is honest, history has proven that not everyone is. When we do encounter a fraudulent use of a card, we contact the proper authorities, the FBI, and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. If you need your order shipped to a different location, please download this (pdf) authorization form, complete it and fax to our toll-free number (866) 520-BADA or (503) 722-0047. If you don't have access to a fax machine, you can scan the form and email it to us.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Once we receive your order, it is considered a "good and valid" order. We process immediately. (This includes weekends. Yes, we have been known to ship your order within minutes of receiving it even on a Saturday!!)

If we have not packaged your order, there is no cancellation fee.

If your order has been processed, packaged and ready to be shipped but has not left our office, there may be up to a 5% cancellation fee for our labor and materials.

RETURN POLICY
Within 10 Days.
Returned items in perfect condition AND unopened (within 10 days of order) will be credited the amount paid less the shipping and handling charges and 15-50% Restocking Fee, depending upon the item.
Within 30 Days.
Returned items in perfect condition AND unopened (within 30 days of order) will be issued a store credit for products to any of our BadaBadaBingo stores - good for up to one full year. This includes games, gifts and non-personalized favors! (Store credit issued will be amount paid less shipping and handling charges and 15-50% Restocking Fee.)
After 30 Days.
Items returned past 30 days or in less than perfect condition can not be accepted for any type of return.
Personalized Orders.
Personalized items may not be returned under any condition. These are created specifically for you.
Edible Items.
We are unable to accept edible items as returns under any condition.

Refused Orders.
All refused orders will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable. In addition, refused orders will be subject to additional shipping charges incurred in the return and retrieval of the shipment to BadaBadaBingo. If you choose to make a return, please state the reason for your return along with your order number and receipt. Returns must be made in perfect condition within 30 days for store credit, and within 10 days for a credit card refund less the 15-50% restocking fee. No returns are accepted after 30 days.
Damaged or Lost Items and Delayed Shipment
Occasionally, our carrier will deliver a package in less than perfect condition. Immediately call our toll-free number (866-242-4646) and report this package right away. SAVE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING so that we may quickly process your order. YOU MUST SAVE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING in order for us to process the claim. We will do everything in our power to re-ship and get the items to you for your shower. If a shipment has been delayed (NOT due to weather conditions or Acts of God) and is the carrier's fault, we will also submit a claim on your behalf. PLEASE CALL US IMMEDIATELY. Thank you.
We ship to US Only. We have been made aware that the costs and Canadian Duties that are incurred by the recipient at times can be daunting. If you live in Canada and can't live without our products, we have been known to make exceptions on a case by case basis. But, we beg of you to please be sure that you are aware of these additional costs that are not included when placing your order with us. Again, these costs are incurred through CUSTOMS where they charge for duties, taxes and UPS's additional brokerage fees. Since this is a separate charge and we do not see it, we have no way of calculating what that additional cost will be to you. You will need to feel confident that you can accept the extra fees.
